GENERAL QUESTIONS

Can I keep using my Airco FCU accounts?
No, as of April 1 your Airco accounts are now Arrowhead accounts.

When did my accounts convert to Arrowhead?
Your account(s) officially transitioned to Arrowhead on April 1 at 7am PDT.

Why merge with Arrowhead Credit Union?
Arrowhead and Airco FCU have worked closely for the last several months, and it became clear that this is a great fit. Arrowhead will be able to provide the expanded products, services and support that the Airco FCU team has wanted to provide their members.

How did the transition of my Airco account(s) to Arrowhead affect my online bill pay at Airco?
If you had bill pay setup at Airco, the last day to input any bills to be paid was March 28. The last day any payments went out was March 29. Any payments scheduled for after that, will not be sent from your Airco account.

Starting April 1, you can set up bill pay and payments again in digital banking at Arrowhead.

Do I need to update automatic payments I set up to pay with my debit or credit card?
If your automatic payment wss made using your checking or savings account number, it automatically transferred over.

If it was made using your debit card information, you will need to update that vendor with your new debit card.

ABOUT MY MEMBERSHIP

Did the merger affect membership eligibility?
No. Eligibility for both credit unions is now combined. Anyone who has been eligible for Airco membership is now eligible for Arrowhead membership.

When will I receive my Arrowhead account information?
A packet containing important account information was sent to you in the mail. Please call (800) 743-7228 if you have not received this information.

Do I need to pay a membership fee?
No, you've automatically become an Arrowhead member and do not need to pay a membership fee.

If my union dues were automatically deducted from my Airco account, will that continue with my Arrowhead account?
When your Airco account(s) transitioned to Arrowhead on April 1, the automatic deduction was discontinued and you will need to set up an alternate form of payment by visiting the union website at Local250 or Local105.

BRANCHES & ATMS

Will the Airco branch stay open after the merger?
No, the branch permanently closed March 29, 2024. You can use any of the 19 Arrowhead branches, more than 5,000 shared branches, and 30,000 fee-free ATMs nationwide. Find a convenient location by visiting our Find Us page.

In fact, Pasadena FCU is a shared branch—just 1.3 miles up N. Lake Ave!

Which ATMs can I use?
You can continue accessing any of the CO-OP Network ATMs.

When can I use Arrowhead branches?
You can now visit any Arrowhead branch. Locate your most convenient branch here.

DIGITAL BANKING

Do I need a new username and password?
Yes, you will need to register for digital banking using your Arrowhead member number and some other basic identifying information. A packet was mailed to you containing your member number and account information, so keep it handy when you register.

Where do I log into digital banking?
You can set up or log into digital banking using the Register button in the login box on our homepage or in our mobile app.

To get the app, visit the App StoreSM for Apple devices or Google Play™ for Android devices and search Arrowhead Credit Union.

How do I get the Mobile Banking app?
Our mobile banking app is available for Apple devices in the App StoreSM and Android devices in Google Play™.

How do I enroll in eStatements?
You will be able to enroll in eStatements in digital banking any time after you complete your registration.

Where can I see my transaction history?
Your last 18 months of statements is available in digital banking, but your transaction history before April 1 will not appear in your dashboard within the platform.

Did my alerts convert?
No, but we have many alerts for you to use in digital banking. You can easily set the up once you register.

DEBIT CARDS

When will I receive my new Arrowhead debit card(s)?
You should have received your debit card(s) in the mail in mid-March.

If you have not received your debit card(s), please give us a call at (800) 743-7228 or visit any Arrowhead branch.

When can I activate my card(s)?
You can activate your Arrowhead debit card(s) and start using it as soon as you receive it.

To activate your card and select a PIN (personal identification number), call (866) 212-4333.

When will my Airco card(s) deactivate?
Your Airco debit card(s) deactivated on March 31 at 4pm PDT.

How do I set up a PIN?
When you receive your Arrowhead debit card(s), call (866) 212-4333 to activate it and select your PIN (personal identification number).

CHECKING

Will my direct deposit automatically transfer over?
Yes, your direct deposit will transfer over to your Arrowhead account.

Will I receive new checks? If so, when?
Yes, you should have received a packet containing eight starter checks and your account information in the mail. Please remember not to use these until April 1. If you think you’ll need more, please call us at (800) 743-7228.

Will my Airco checks still work?
Yes, but we encourage you to switch to your Arrowhead checks after April 1. You’ll receive 8 starter checks, but if you would like a box of checks, just let us know by calling (800) 743-7228 — the first one is on us!

Is there a monthly fee for the Arrowhead Checking account?
Arrowhead Checking has no monthly maintenance fee with eStatements. Enroll in eStatements by April 30, 2024 to waive the $5 monthly fee.

Will my routing number change?
Yes, your new routing number will be 322282603 and can be found at the bottom of this webpage.

How do I find my Arrowhead Checking account number?
It will be included with your Member Guide, which you'll receive late-March. You can also access your checking account details once you register in digital banking.

What if I want a dividend-earning checking account?
After April 1, call us at (800) 743-7228 and we can convert your Arrowhead Checking into a Dividend Checking.

If I have overdraft transfer protection at Airco, will it transfer when my accounts move to Arrowhead?
Yes, if you have overdraft transfer protection today, it will transfer over to Arrowhead. If you don’t want your accounts set up this way, please give us a call at (800) 743-7228, after April 1.

Will my outstanding Airco checks still clear my account?
Yes, outstanding Airco checks will be withdrawn from the available funds in your Arrowhead account. However, we recommend you use your Arrowhead checks starting April 1. You’ll get eight starter checks in the mail, but if you would like a box of checks, let us know and we’ll send you your first one for free!

SAVINGS

Is a savings account required?
No. If you had a savings at Airco, it transferred over to Arrowhead. If you wish to close it, please let us know by calling us at (800) 743-7228.

Can I have direct deposit go to my Arrowhead Savings?
Yes, you can have funds directly deposited into your Arrowhead Savings account. Use the electronic account number included in your member guide that you will receive in late-March.

What are your savings rates?
View our current savings rates here.

What is the minimum account balance requirement?
$5 is required to maintain your Arrowhead Savings account. Maintaining a $300+ average balance or a $25 recurring monthly deposit waives the $3 monthly fee. You will have a 6-month grace period to meet these requirements. Otherwise, the monthly fee will be charged starting in October 2024.

How do I waive the monthly maintenance fee on my Arrowhead Savings?
With an average balance of $300+ or a $25+ recurring monthly deposit. See our fee schedule for more information. Please note that we will waive the monthly maintenance fee of $3 until September 30, 2024.

For members aged 17 years or younger or 60 and above, we will automatically waive this monthly fee.

Did recurring transfers between my Airco accounts carry over to my Arrowhead accounts?
It depends. If you set up the transfer initially in a branch or over the phone, it will carry over. If you set them up in Airco online banking, you need to set them up again in Arrowhead digital banking.

LOANS

Will my due date be the same?
Yes, your due date will stay the same except for your credit card loan, if applicable. You will be mailed specific information about your loan(s). However, your new Arrowhead Visa credit card due date will move to the 25th of the month.

Will my interest rate on my loan be the same?
Yes, your interest rate will be the same on the loan balances that move over. Any new balances will be at our current rates.

Will my loan term be the same?
Yes, your loan term will remain the same.

How do I open a new loan?
You can call us at (800) 743-7228, visit a branch, or apply online.

Will my automatic payments carry over?
Any automatic payments from Airco will transfer over. However, if you have any payments set up coming from other institutions, they will not transfer over and you'll need to set them up again.

How do I make my loan payment to Arrowhead?
You can make payments using your Arrowhead account in digital banking, in a branch, or by calling us at (800) 743-7228.

How to Pay your Loan in Mobile Banking

Will I get loan coupons?
No, we do not provide loan coupons. Payment information will be provided in your statements. If you need help setting up payments, give us a call at (800) 743-7228.

Will I receive an updated DMV registration for my auto loan?
Yes, you will receive a new registration card from the DMV showing Arrowhead Credit Union as your lien holder. This will happen automatically; you won’t need to do anything differently.

IRAS/CERTIFICATES

Did my maturity date and dividend rate change?
No, they both remain the same.

VISA® CREDIT CARDS

When do I have to decide if I want to convert to an Arrowhead Visa credit card?
You can choose to reject your new Arrowhead Visa by calling us at (909) 379-6720 by April 15, 2024. You should have already received a letter from us with more information.

What if I don't want to convert to an Arrowhead Visa credit card?
You can choose to reject the Arrowhead Visa credit card until April 15. If so, you will still be responsible for paying your Airco Visa balance as agreed.

After 4:00pm PDT on April 17, no additional transactions with your Airco Visa credit card will be permitted.

Your remaining card balance will continue to be managed under your existing terms.

Will my existing balance be at my Airco rate or my new Arrowhead rate?
If you choose to accept the Arrowhead Visa credit card, your existing balance will remain at your current Airco interest rate. Any future purchases or transfers will be at a variable rate between 15.24% and 30.24% APR.

Please refer to your Change in Terms notice that was mailed at the end of February for your specific rate.

When will my Airco Visa credit card deactivate?
Your Airco Visa credit card will deactivate on April 17 at 4:00pm PDT.

Do I need to update automatic disbursements?
Yes. If an automatic disbursement is made using your Airco Visa credit card, we recommend you pay in advance for April. Once your new Arrowhead Visa credit card is activated, you can set up automatic disbursements with your new information.

What is the difference between the Arrowhead Visa credit card and my Airco Visa credit card?
The Arrowhead Visa has no cash advance fee, no balance transfer fee, and has a variable rate with our best rate currently being 15.24% APR. Plus, you'll get your FICO® score free, updated monthly on your statements.

If you have an Arrowhead checking account, you can also use your Arrowhead Visa credit card as an overdraft protection source.

Will my payment date change?
Your payment due date will change from the 21st of the month to the 25th of the month, starting in April.

If you have automatic payments set up at other financial institutions to pay your Visa, be sure to update the payment information for your May payment. The new payment information can be found on your first Visa Statement received from Arrowhead.

Can I use my Arrowhead Visa credit card as overdraft protection for my checking?         
Yes, a great feature of the Arrowhead Visa credit card is that you can use it as an overdraft protection source for your Arrowhead checking account.

Starting April 18, you can set this up in digital banking or call us at (800) 743-7228.

How do I make my Airco Visa credit card payment after April 1, but before it becomes an Arrowhead Visa credit card?
You can continue making payments online at ezcard, call us at (800) 743-7228, or mail your payment to: PO Box 4100 Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729.

When will I receive my Arrowhead Visa credit card?
You should receive your credit card by April 10th. If you don't receive it by then, give us a call at (800) 743-7228.
